内閣府より，2025年度以降の新規に公募する競争的研究費について，研究成果の即時オープンアクセス（OA）義務化の方針が示されている。それを前提に，本稿では，とくに日本語学術論文のOAをめぐる現状を整理し，日本語学術論文の執筆者がとるべき対応や留意点について考察を行う。本稿は7つの節からなる。まず，第1節では問題の背景を示し，第2節では関連する論考や資料を紹介する。次に，第3節では即時OA化の概要を示し，第4節では基本的な関連用語を整理し，第5節では研究者向けのチェックリストを提示する。さらに，第6節では，十分な理解のないまま即時OA化に臨んだ場合，起こりうる問題を具体的に示す。最後に，第7節では，全体の議論をふまえつつ，今後の検討課題について整理する。 |

The Cabinet Office of the Japanese government has mandated the immediate open access (OA) of research outputs supported by competitive funds to be publicly solicited after fiscal year 2025. Focusing on the OA of journal articles written in Japanese, this paper examines the current situation and discusses the actions required of authors. This paper comprises seven sections. Section 1 illustrates the background of the OA initiative, Section 2 introduces the related literature, Section 3 presents the outline of the immediate OA policy, Section 4 discusses the keywords and key concepts, Section 5 presents a check-list for authors, Section 6 discusses several problems that may occur in the near future, and Section 7 summarizes the discussion and lists the issues that must be further considered. |
