In this paper, we describe the bibliographic and notational features of this manuscript: 1. Itsutsuji Moronaka (五辻諸仲, 1487-1540) is thought to be the copyist. 2. The cover is not original but a later rebinding done before the 17th century. 3. This manuscript has tags recording the old volume name Narabino Maki (並びの巻). 4. The number of lines in each volume is not fixed, but the number of lines on right and left facing pages is always equal. 5. 62 poems are written in double lines. 6. Different kana variants for ha and si were used to indicate pronunciation or lexical category. 7.
