I will attempt to identify the possible alternating forms that occur more frequently and how their occurrence patterns differ by proficiency level to determine the types of alternating forms and developmental processes to be prioritized when teaching case particles in Japanese language education. Based on the survey results, I propose a hypothesis regarding the order in which case particles are acquired and a hypothesis regarding the factors that contribute to the acquisition order.
