But it is not clear enough what it means. This is a study of analysis on the meaning of this saying from textbook-writer's /user's points of view and the description of the teacher's manual for \"Minna no Nihongo\". Analysis on textbook-writers indicates that they say a textbook is not perfect therefore teachers should cover the faults if they find them. Textbook-users say that teachers should explain the functions of teaching items and give practices for them in real situations.
