 note = {国立国語研究所, 武田修一（1979）によれば，英語の不定名詞句は，三つに分類されるという。即ち，特定的不定名詞句，非特定的不定名詞句，それに記述的不定名詞句の三つである。武田修一の定義によれば，特定的不定名詞句とは，その指示対象の存在が人物Xによって信じられており，かつその指示対象が人物Xにとって認知可能であるような不定名詞句を指し，非特定的不定名詞句とは，その指示対象の存在が人物Xによって言じられていないか，又は，信じられていても，その指示対象が，人物Xにとって認知不可能であるような不定名詞句を指す。記述的不定名詞句とは，その指示対象の存在が合意されないような使い方の不定名詞句を指す。武田修一の理論によれば，この不定名詞句の三分法は，定性に関しての適切な定義が与えられれば，定名詞句にも適用できると考えている。もし，武田の提案する不定名詞句の三分法を基礎として，定名詞句を分類し直すと， Donnellanの言う指示的定名詞句は，特定的定名詞句として分類される。又， Donnellanの言う限定的定名詞句の一部は，非特定的定名詞句として分類され，一部は，記述的定名詞句として分額される。本論では，武田修一の三分法を比較のための枠組みとして利用し，不定名詞句，及び定名詞句の三類型に意味の上で対応するものが，日本語，及びインドネシア語で，どのような型で顕現するかを考察すると共に，日本語とインドネシア語の不定名詞句，及び定名詞句の持つ特殊性についても探るつもりである。, TAKEDA Shuichi proposed that indefinite noun-phrases should be divided into three categories: 1 that of the specific indefinite noun-phrase:when the object's existence is accepted as true and can be known by the subject; 2: the non-specific indefinite noun-phrase:when the object's existence is not accepted as true, or even if its existence is accepted, the object cannot be known by the subject; 3:the descriptive indefinite noun-phrase:the object's existence is not entailed or necessarily involved. TAKEDA also proposed that the trichotomy found in the indefinite noun - phrases could be applied to definite noun-phrases as well, if only an appropriate definition of “definiteness” be given. Based on this theory, Donnellan's referential definite noun-phrases can be reclassified as specific definite noun-phrases. On the other hand, a part of Donnellan's attributive definite noun-phrases can be reclassified as non-specific definite noun-phrases, and the remaining part as descriptive definite noun-phrases. Making use of TAKEDA's classification as the framework for a comparative study, we investigated the categories of each group of noun-phrases in Japanese and Indonesian.
